One string is at the top of the garment and can be drawn to close the top under the arms. Or, it can be adjusted around the waistline. The other drawstring can be worn totally open when it is worn as a skirt or drawn closed around the waist when worn as a tube dress. (See the Back View for details) This cover up is a fabulous additon to any wardrobe, wear it to the beach or pool or pair it with a strappy tank or shrug for a great night out. This dress measures 32" from the side seam beneath the underarm to the hem of the skirt on the size 1X. Each size up will increase in length slightly.
